Bank Reconcilliation

• Multiple Bank Accounts can be maintained & statements held for up to seven years
• Allows the user to confirm the key details from each bank statement received and then to add those transactions from the nominal bank accounts that have cleared in the order in which they have been processed through the actual bank account
• Does not involve entry of transactions, just select to add to statement
• Items can be selected by reference (e.g. cheque number), by date or by source ledger
• Allows for the entry of items that appear on the statement, but have not been posted to the Nominal account whilst reconciling
