Now in its 10th year and the largest education event in the Middle East, GESS Dubai attracts thousands of educationalists from across the region to be inspired by the hundreds of speakers, CPD accredited conference sessions and exhibiting companies from 39 countries.
Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre this free event is in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Education. His Excellency Eng. Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education and Cabinet Member was given a guided tour around the exhibitions by Vipul Bhargava, specialist advisor to Department of International Trade and Caroline Wright, Director General of BESA.
This included spending time on the WCBS stand, where CCO Ian Hunter enjoyed a spirited conversation with him, concluding with him asking his team to contact us for further information.
His Excellency has brought his extensive years of academic and professional experiences and achievements to the UAE Ministry of Education, a post he has held since 2014. He also sits on the board of many education-based organisations, so was a knowledgeable visitor about our sector!
