"PASS has made a very significant difference to the way in which we operate. Whereas before information was held in a variety of places in any number of formats, all our data is now held centrally and can be easily accessed. The accounts department has been delighted with the ease of use and the way in which we can now produce accurate, up to date statements at the click of a button. The teaching staff were a little uncertain at first about using the system for school reports, but once they were shown how PASS works, they soon realised just how simple and efficient a process it is. Best of all, the support that we have had from WCBS has been brilliant. Online requests (some of which have been a bit panicky to say the least!) have been dealt with promptly, professionally and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much for the support team and they never seem to lose their sense of humour either, which is quite remarkable. Would I go back to a PASS-free school? Never!"
