BSME hailed as most successful to date

WCBS International staff have returned to celebrate the most successful BSME conference ever for WCBS.

With an increased number of enquiries from prospective 3Sys Academic users, WCBS International Managing Director Tony Child and James Whale, Asia Business Development Director were kept to a lively pace whilst in attendance on the WCBS stand. They were also able to catch up with many existing customers wanting to discuss implementing 3Sys Academic, the new web-based system, and other options such as School Activities.

Tony and James delivered a short presentation to a group of delegates as part of the conference programme which was well received. They also reassured customers about the support WCBS offers at home and overseas. International Helpline operates from 0200 UK time and on Sundays which interested schools dealing with other suppliers whose service delivery was being questioned.

On a lighter but nevertheless competitive note, WCBS International was one of 3 joint-sponsors of the Golf Tournament held at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, and noted the keen participation by all those involved.

Sticking with the sporting theme, WCBS and a number of Heads and School Directors attended the Saturday of the third Test Match in the recent series against Pakistan as guests of the Pakistan Cricket Board, kindly arranged by Giles Clarke, Chairman of ECB and WCBS - and what a glorious day out, weather-wise if not score-wise for the England supporters.

Whilst in the UAE James and Tony took the opportunity to visit all UAE customer sites and other schools across the region, including those in Kuwait.
