“As Cranford House has become increasingly successful and pupil numbers have grown, we had a desire to improve access to information within our school, from pupil details to timetables and activities. We also wished to take full advantage of ICT developments to enhance our tracking of pupil data, distribute information across the school effectively and improve the personalisation of learning for our pupils.

3Sys has allowed general teaching staff to access data in a user-friendly manner. 3Sys has provided an easy to navigate interface, provided timely distribution of information and has allowed staff to access key information whether working in school, from home or on the move.

We had been using the desktop academic management solution from WCBS for a number of years which provided the same store of data, but did not offer the same level of accessibility to staff. Upgrading to 3Sys offered the most effective and modern interface from amongst all the competitors and could be easily deployed on top our existing infrastructure.

WCBS have been extremely supportive in developing the use of 3Sys.The training sessions have been excellent and a number of staff have visited us on site to support the deployment. The telephone support is always helpful and staffed by knowledgeable individuals who understand the needs of the customer well and solve problems efficiently. WCBS have been receptive to feedback and ideas, have been genuinely interested in our use of their product and have taken the time to work closely with us to further develop and enhance their software.”
