We’ve been delighted with the way that WCBS have been able to personalise the software for us, including the use of Arabic script, matching some of the special requirements of the Ministry of Education in Dubai, adapting it to our particular reporting needs.  In terms of support, their ability to cope with the time difference has also been extremely helpful.
