Implementation was very smooth, taking a total of about two weeks.  And the first training session was highly reassuring and confidence-building – we were shown a number of easier and better ways of doing things that continue to stand us in good stead.

All staff are now spending a lot less time on paperwork – where we used to have all our data backed-up by paper copies, we have such confidence in the system that we’ve now done away with this. 
It’s far easier to access student data – because it is now all centralised, we can build a full record of every child right up to year 13. 

Reports and academic data are much easier to compile – where information used to be based on different systems it’s now all in a single easy-to-understand format.  Attendance too is far easier to monitor – where it used to be based on manual reporting, it’s now all on the system.  And where we used to rely on tutors to record pastoral information, we can now find all the data we need on the one system.

Importing our timetable data into the software has made it much easier for secretaries and other colleges to locate a student or teacher at anytime during the day.
