We needed a simple web-based solution for the academic management challenges Tonbridge School faced – basic online tasks carried out by all staff, including report-writing, attendance, markbooks, as well as robust routines for academic management by senior staff.

The development of 3Sys Academic has moved the browser-based functionality to a whole new level. 3Sys is very popular amongst staff who find that taking attendance, for example, can be done now with a few clicks and doesn’t distract from the main task of teaching the lesson.

3Sys is working comfortably alongside the WCBS desktop tool which had been our main administration/academic tool for the past ten years. Before WCBS, we used a fully customised system, written in-house. This fulfilled most of our requirements, but we had to move from it because no further development could be made.
