Directors

The four executive directors of WCBS have a total of nearly 70 years experience with the company and the specialist market it serves.  Two of them started as trainees in the Customer Services team many years ago.

Tony Child, Managing Director

Tony joined WCBS in 1990 after working for 2 other business software companies in sales, and service management roles.  He is a former pupil of Marlborough College, a graduate of Reading University and completed an MBA at Bath University during his early years with the company.

Peter Heginbotham, Sales Director

Peter started in the IT sector in 1983 in customer service and installation roles.  Has been with WCBS since the 1980's working with sites across the UK in a service and then sales function.  He has led the WCBS sales team since 1996.

Chris Race, Operations Director

Chris joined the WCBS support team in 1987 from an accounts background.  He moved to supervising the company's internal accounting and administration systems before becoming Operations Director in 1998.  He manages the post-sales activities of the company.

Colin Johnson, Software Director

Colin has been working with software since 1981 writing business applications for end-users.  He spent 6 years with Multisoft, then one of the UK's leading accounting software houses, before FourFront where he worked on administration and payroll systems.  He joined WCBS in 1995.  He is responsible for managing the software development team and the strategic direction of PASS.
