• Maintains full Contact record – multiple addresses, telephone/mobile numbers, email address, titles, salutations, gender, marital status, occupation, contact type, school link, past pupil flag, relationships to other contacts/pupils, notes & user-defined fields PLUS Gift Aid & Direct Debit details if required

• Communications – holds details of all contact with individuals in the database by letter/email/telephone. Can be linked to specific events, appeal projects or groups.

• Groups – defined by school and can be created for any set or subset of Contacts. Groups may be linked. Contacts may be in more than one group. Communications can be managed by Group to reduce workload

• Events – can be linked to an appeal project or stand-alone. Includes date, timings, location, goal, number & price of tickets, tickets sold. Diary facility for establishing milestones & reminders – will help market & control the event.

• Event Groups – allow the user to establish target groups for specific events and manage the communication with contacts in such groups

• Group Mailings – records date, description, communication category, ranking, response date and target response

• Appeals – allows for creation of one or many appeals/projects, categorisation available, start & end dates, goal, link with PASS Nominal ledger if required

• Gifts – linked to Contacts, Appeals and Events, value, gift aid declaration, total value (gift plus tax), gift aid claimed?
