Our data services staff will start to work with your school at an early stage of the project, to ensure that the data is transferred as smoothly as possible. In many cases this will involve a trial transfer that is then evaluated and used for training purposes, prior to a final transfer just before the system goes live.

As part of the migration process we supply you with our comprehensive data transfer manual. This includes Microsoft Excel templates to help the school provide the current data for the data transfer in the most accurate and best formatted way.

We also carry out extensive testing on the data you supply before it is installed on your new system. Our experienced data services team use a range of techniques to achieve a seamless transition, so your school gains an efficient and future-proof database.
