Whatever the size of your school and the scale of the software installation you are tackling, we’ll make the process as straightforward as possible.
We tailor our service to the job at hand. If your school is purchasing a complete MIS solution, we will allocate a dedicated WCBS project manager to the job. If on the other hand, the implementation is more modest, we will manage it through our standard customer management arrangements.
During the sales process WCBS will have presented an initial outline of the proposed implementation plan. Subject to the scale of the task, we will then visit you for a more detailed Implementation meeting. This could involve more than one WCBS team member, together with any staff from your school involved in the process.
At the implementation meeting we will explain any important details and create a thorough project plan, so you enjoy a trouble-free transition. This ensures that we have everything covered, from technical installation issues and training needs, to the target date for making the system ‘live’.
