Support for International Schools
As the PASS user base has expanded overseas an international support service was added to the normal UK operating hours. It meets the working needs of schools in the region, ensuring that they are never with out a point of contact when they need one.
The international support service for PASS operates from 0200 UK time to 1700 UK time Monday to Friday, plus 0600 to 1400 UK time on Sundays. The service puts users in touch via email and telephone with team members from the experienced WCBS Support operation. This includes experts in the PASS software and the technical support team, so that all items can be progressed. All international schools in the appropriate regions are supplied with specific contact details for this service.
In this way customers can be confident of contacting WCBS directly when required, rather than having to wait for the UK office to open OR having to deal with a third party whose level of knowledge will be lower. Working day coverage is available across all regions serviced.
