At WCBS International we are committed to ensuring that you get maximum value from your school MIS. To this end, we provide special hours of support for our international customers, ensuring that you have a point of contact available when you need one.

The WCBS International Customer Support Line is available from:

2am to 6pm UK time, Monday to Friday
6am to 2pm UK time on Sundays.

(Please note: this service is not available on UK bank holidays.)

Convenient, flexible support

The service delivers convenient, flexible support via email, phone and Skype. We also equip all our customer sites with remote access facilities, enabling our experts to access your school's system within minutes if technical intervention is needed.

All calls and emails are answered directly by our fourteen-strong support team. The vast majority of enquiries are quickly resolved at the initial stage, and we issue a unique tracking number to ensure that any necessary follow-up is efficiently managed.
