1. Do WCBS products cover every school information management need?

Yes, every school information management requirement is covered with our portfolio of products. You are able to pick and choose products to suit the areas where you need support or you can purchase the entire product suite from us – it’s up to you.

2. Do WCBS products easily fit in with other software systems in schools?

Yes, we partner with many leading software providers so integration of different software products is not a problem.

3. Are you able to supply to and support schools abroad?

Yes, supplying and supporting international schools’ MIS and finance needs is an area where we really excel. We have many international customers and our customer base abroad is growing every day.

4. What are your support opening hours?

Our support service is available to all customers:

From Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 UK time - by calling +44(0)1458 833055 or emailing or log a support issue.

And additionally available to international customers only:

From Monday to Friday between 02:00 and 08:00 UK time - by email or log a support issue or Customer Centre live chat for quick questions.

On Sunday between 06:00 and 14:00 UK time - by email or log a support issue or Customer Centre live chat for quick questions.

Our support service is not available on UK Bank Holidays or during our Christmas and New Year closure period.

5. What makes WCBS different from other school information management providers?

We’ve been providing independent schools with MIS and finance software for over 30 years so our depth of knowledge far exceeds that of many other providers. We’re experts in our field and there’s nothing we don’t know or cannot answer about the school information management industry.

We also provide an end-to-end service and work closely with partner companies to deliver a best of breed solution.

6. Can you train our team on your MIS and finance software – how would that work?

We are able to train your team at your school, at a group session in a location near you, or at our offices in Somerset, it’s up to you. Your team will leave our training sessions fully clued up on how to get the most out of our software for the benefit of your school, teachers, learners and parents.

7. Do you have any testimonials or case studies we can read?

Yes we have an excellent portfolio of case studies and testimonials and we’re creating more each month.

8. We think we might need some support with reporting – can you help with this?

Yes, our team is able to help you with bespoke report design. This will allow you to extract the information you need and deliver it to your senior leadership team in exactly the right way.

9. Will the WCBS system be easy to set up? We don’t want to spend weeks implementing the product.

Yes, it’s a simple process and we will make implementation of your school information management system happen in the background, causing no disruption to your school day. We understand you need the software to work for you quickly and ensure it becomes fully embedded as soon as possible. We can make this happen.
