About WCBS

Hundreds of school customers rely on our expertise, making WCBS the UK’s number one provider of school information management systems.

During the last 30 years we have worked with many schools including pre-prep, prep, junior, senior, all ages and international. We enjoy working with all types of customers and we believe our enthusiasm for the very best school information management systems rubs off. We like to think we’re a breath of fresh (yet credible, trustworthy and reliable) air!

We believe our portfolio of MIS and finance products are exceptional – we’ve worked really hard on them and taken guidance from experts and schools alike. They enable you to access, organise, manage and share information quickly and accurately – essentially giving you the gifts of time and efficiency.

Put simply, our systems will help you to impress all your key stakeholders – staff, pupils and parents. And we’re here to support you every step of the way.
