The Need for a Unified MIS

Before implementing HUBmis, Bloomsbury relied on a variety of separate, in-house systems to manage vital school operations including attendance tracking, assessment and reporting, safeguarding, and SEND. While these solutions served their purpose, the lack of integration was becoming increasingly unsustainable.

The Principal, David Tansey, explains, “We had reached the stage where a strong management information system was essential. After reviewing a range of options, we chose HUBmis for its good value and the promise of effective support.”

Introducing HUBmis

Rolling out a new MIS is no small feat, especially in a busy school environment. As David notes, “Introducing any MIS is a daunting operation. There seems to be so much to do, and, as usual, you are changing the wheels on a moving car.”
