1. Increased Functionality

We’ve made sure that we didn’t move you across to HUBpay until we could offer you more than you already have, for the same cost. With HUBpay you can do everything you can with your current system, plus:

  • HUBpay on bills (an easy link for parents to pay via)
  • Clear and easy to use dashboards
  • International Payment Options
  • Simple bank reconciliation

2. Improved Service and Support

HUBpay is a WCBS solution, and so we are better able to support you with this service. You won’t feel like you’re getting passed from business to business, but instead will be sent direct to our HUBpay team.

3. Lower cost

We are charging the same flat rate as you previously had, but will not charge for any additional transactions.

You’ll have a short onboarding period, after which you’ll be able to do everything you already do (and more) by logging in to your new system.

You won’t need to change any of your processes in passFINANCE. These will all work in exactly the same way, with HUBpay.

You’ll be able to make use of additional functionality that you didn’t have in you previous system, including

  • Clear and easy to use dashboards
  • International Payment Options
  • Simple bank reconciliation

You’ll work with our HUBpay team to be moved across. For any schools new to HUBpay this takes around 2-4 weeks.

There is no additional cost compared to your previous payments provider, and even better, there are no additional transaction costs.
