The Helpdesk is available from Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 (excluding UK bank holidays) and can offer help via telephone or email. We also offer extended hours for our international schools, available from Monday – Friday 00:00 – 08:00 UTC, plus Sunday 05:00 – 13:00 UTC (excluding UK bank holidays).
