Still the favourite amongst ISBA members, passFINANCE comprises an array of modules to cover all the needs of the Bursary, from the complex payment relationships catered for in Billing, through to the HMRC tested and recognised Payroll which incorporates the unique requirements of the education sector, and an alternative to outsourcing worth considering.

PRS launched

Launched at this year’s conference was Purchase Requisition System (PRS), developed in partnership with our passFINANCE customers specifically to improve accountability, support better decision-making and ensure a level of governance to deliver results. Senior leaders can access real-time data from any web-enabled device and budget holders can take full responsibility and ownership of departmental spend to maximise impact without the worry or need to chase a paper or email trail.

Interest in epayslips
Also on show was WCBS ePAYSLIPS, a safer delivery method than email or post, and a way of improving GDPR compliance. With passFINANCE Payroll customers can switch to WCBS ePAYSLIPS to remove the hassle of printing and distributing their payslips, plus reducing printing costs, whilst securely storing and receiving confidential documents.

Bursars learn about cloud MIS

We had a lot of interest on the stand about HUB. It's our true cloud MIS, an intuitive and secure platform that reduces workload and enhances all areas of information management. Infinitely scalable, with a modular system that is flexible, it removes the burden of costly servers, and is a customisable solution, set up in line with a school’s processes. Fast and simple access to information is available when and how a school needs it, from any device with an internet connection.
