Accessible Hours

To accommodate all of customers, WCBS Support operates during strategic hours. Our standard support hours are from 0100 until 1715 GMT, five days a week. Additionally, we extend our availability for International Schools, recognising the need for flexible support across different time zones. This commitment ensures that our customers worldwide receive timely and responsive assistance when they need it most.
