The termly newsletter includes a roundup of events, company insights, spotlight on staff and product news

Issue 15 of The Password was mailed out to our customers in the first week of December and front page news was about the success of our Virtual User Group meetings concentrated over one week. Then, inside we carried our regular features, including:

Product updates: more news on our cloud native HUBmis; the latest v2020.4 release which includes extra 3sysACADEMIC External Exams functionality and the new Billing Portal; and how we have opened up the integration landscape for WCBS customers through our proactive partner programme.

Blog highlights: we’ve included six blogs this issue ranging from one by Aaron Wu on HUBmis making its debut at one of China’s biggest school events in Shanghai, to another inciteful look at how schools can secure revenue in a changing world by Will McNeil, then something very different, about our new webinar series, Sessions with an Expert which are free and on specific topics.

Company news: we have two features this issue, one from Emma, our CEO about rolling out new Cloud HR and Payroll for WCBS, and the second interesting and timely one from our Operations Director, Alex about how our cloud preparedness as a company over the past few years came to fruition before lockdown, enabling us to continue providing full support and services.

Get to know WCBS: features someone very familiar to many of you, Sharon, our Support Services Manager, so your opportunity to find out more about her, and then a new member of our team, Emily, our Marketing Manager who tells us about her favourite hobbies.

Competition time: The crossword puzzle is back and as usual all the answers can be found inside this issue of The Password – although, due to the amateur status of the compiler, you could probably complete it by guesswork… the prize of an eCoffee cup will be sent to the four correct entries drawn at random after the closing date of 31st January 2021.

If you are a customer who hasn’t yet seen The Password, contact marketing@wcbs.co.uk and we’ll send you a link.
